Homework: None. However, there will be embedded systems projects and practice quizzes. Late work will not be accepted if unexcused.

Exams: One midterm on Digital I material, one midterm on Digital II material, and one final (oral) exam

Grading: Midterm exams 20%, Final exam: 20%, Project: 50%, Professionalism: 10%
