we of the Vineland Basketball Association are now in the planning
stages of our 2009-2010 WINTER LEAGUE, we
need
to
begin
recruiting coaches. This
will help us to determine the number of applicants we can
accept at
registration and will also insure adequate preparation for our
upcoming
program. F

The league will consist of five
age levels (6-7, 8-9, 10-11,
12-14, 15-18). *
The number of teams that we will
field in each division will be based on the
number of
coaches available. *
Sign-ups are OCTOBER 31ST,
NOVEMBER 7TH,
and NOVEMBER
14TH. *
Player tryouts will take place on NOVEMBER
22ND. *
The league draft will be conducted on NOVEMBER 23RD. *
Practice sessions will be scheduled by
the VBA. Every team will be given a
minimum of one designated practice time
slot per week. *
Our
winter program will run from the FIRST SUNDAY
IN JANUARY through MID-MARCH. *
Games will be played on SUNDAY
AFTERNOONS. *
All
coaches must be ASEP or * All applicants ages 8 to 18 (including the son / daughter of a coach) will be required to try out in order to be drafted. < <
