Lab Report Format & Grading:
In order to achieve a maximum grade on your group's lab
report it must be typed and appropriately organized covering at least all the
topics identified in the Laboratory Report Format ( <-- Click on
this link to see format)
Attendance at laboratories is required, individual lab report grades will
be reduced by truancy since your lab partners will be required to carry your
responsibilities to complete the lab in your absence. Minimum reduction will
be 10-15 points per report.
Classroom Policies:
- As per the Rowan
College of Engineering policy, no eating or drinking in the classrooms
and laboratories.
- Attendance at lectures
is required, office hours are intended to assist students in building
greater understanding of material presented in lectures and discussed in
the course text materials.
- You are responsible
for frequently checking your email as well as the course webpage for
obtaining assignments.
Homework Policies:
- Assignments are to be
submitted on paper, neatly written, indicating ALL the steps, and
are due every Tuesday, by 9.25 am At
the start of class - no exceptions!, Grade is lowered 10 points for late
submittal on Tuesday. Any Homework submitted after answers are posted on Wednesday Morning can only receive maximum grade
of 70.
- You are strongly
encouraged to discuss homework assignments with other students,
and of course with the instructor. However, you MUST do each
assignment by yourself, and indicate the names of the students with whom
you had discussions. Academic honesty requires you to adhere to this
policy.
