Childstudy Checklist (.pdf) This is a checklist and childstudy I completed in the fall of 2008. I created it for the class Growth and Learning Birth through five. I had to create a checklist of expectations for a four year old in the physical, social, and cognitive domians. I then had to create ways to use the students strenghts to help their weaknesses.
Lesson on Phases of the Moon (.pdf) I put together this lesson in the fall of 2008. It was taught on the phases of the moon to a preschool classroom.
Literacy Lesson I Taught (.pdf)This is a literacy arts lesson I put together. It was created in the fall of 2008. First I read a book to the entire class. Then I broke them into groups of three or four and taught them a lesson on shadows.
Literacy Assessment (.pdf)In the fall of 2008 I completed a reading assessment on a first grader. I administered different tests to the student to see how they were doing with their reading.
Multi-Genre Paper (.pdf)In the spring of 2008 I wrote a multi-genre paper for my Writer's Mind class. I titled this paper How to Find Friends. I enjoyed this assignment because it forced me to get creative and think outside the box.
Project Bank (.pdf) I put together a project bank in the fall of 2008. This contians five projects per age group. There are five age groups ranging from one to five.
Behavior Plan (.pdf) In the spring of 2008 I put together a behavior plan for a preschooler at my preschool. This was for my Positive Behavior and Supports class. I had to decide what the function of the student's behavior was and then create a plan to help him in class.
