A Little About Me
I am a seventh grade language arts teacher in Mount Laurel, NJ where I teach grammar, literature, and writing. I've been teaching for four years, after earning degrees in Elementary Education and English from Rowan University in 2004.
I find that students, by seventh grade, either love or hate language arts, so each year I try to add fresh, engaging lessons to my repetoire. I'm always looking for ways to update and outdo my lessons, and when I develop a real hit, I pass it along to my colleagues. And so, I've posted a few of my favorite lessons on this site, too.
In order to stay on the cutting edge of writing, I am earning a Masters in Writing Arts back at Rowan University. Samples of my personal work are also featured on my Portfolio Page.
