This Spring in  Digital Signal Processing — DSP’09 at a Glance:

Representation of signals in time and frequency domains, sampling theorem, concepts of spectrum, frequency and filtering, discrete Fourier transform, z-transform,  finite and infinite impulse response filters, filter design and implementation, quantization and finite word-length effects all with real world applications in audio, visual, and medical signal processing

                          lecture at every meeting

Homework & Lab Assignments: to be assigned regularly.

Exams: One or two midterms, one final exam and a final project.

Grading: HW & Labs 25% Midterm 20% Quizzes/ Reviews 15% Project  and
                Final Exam
30-35%, Attendance & Professional conduct 10%
