Welcome! For those of you who don't speak Latvian yet, my name is pronounced more or less like "EE-yeh-va ZAH-keh" (you can practice it while you wait for elevators and such). I am an Associate Professor in the Sociology Department of Rowan University. I am also Associate Dean of the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences.
