Dr. William D. Carrigan Professor of History, Rowan University During the past several years, Dr. Carrigan has taught the following courses at Rowan University: United States History to 1865, United States History since 1865, Introduction to Historical Methods, Field Service in History, History of New Jersey, History of the American West, US History: 1820-1861, Civil War and Reconstruction, US Labor History, and Seminar in History. In addition, he has taught Honors Special Topics (Biology, History, and the Fate of Human Societies) with Dr. Luke Holbrook.
