DRPA PROJECT:

The DRPA Project is a 3.5-year, $1 million project funded by the Delaware River Port Authority.  The three goals of this project are as follows:  1) to perform field ambient vibration analyses on the Betsy Ross, Ben Franklin, and Walt Whitman Bridges in Philadelphia; 2) to develop a detailed finite-element computer model of the Betsy Ross Bridge; and 3) to perform earthquake analyses on the finite-element model of the Betsy Ross Bridge.
