- Description
- Invert the bottle and swirl the water around several times to create a good vortex. Observe the formation of a funnel-shaped depression of the surface in the center, implying a region of low pressure there. It�s also interesting to observe how the water issuing into the lower bottle �sprays� outward, going along the wall of the bottle instead of straight down. Booklet describes many more possibilities.
