- Purpose
- To show a simple example of a very early heat engine.
- Location
- room 136, shelf P4 (burner on O6)
- Description
- There should be a small amount of water in this before heating. If you need to add some, hold the glass vessel half submerged horizontally in a pitcher of water (shelf I2) with one �jet� under water and the other not. Heat over a burner as shown.
- Hold onto it if you sit it on the desk top as it will move when spinning.
