The truth behind the blue lights has been discovered by our lead investigator Patrica
Pelly... The blue lights are due to a broken tranformer near the railroad tracks that
started about four days ago... The Mayor Wellingham has called in experts to quickly
solve the problem...What caused the malfunction is still unknown and under investigation.
The Colevalt Police have asked for the locals not to go investigating and let the experts
do their job...The area has been fenced off for your saftey.
