On November 18th, 1978, 907 people

were killed to cyanide placed into their

beverages by Jim Jones as he preached

for a higher purpose and freedom.

While it is suspected that many people

drank on their own free will it is

suspected many were held and

gunpoint and forced. Hundreds of lives

were lost at the hands of The People’s Temple.
