that illustrates the Nyquist sampling theorem for a band-limited
waveform. The function should
allow input of the sampling frequency - signal reconstruction should be
perfect
for sampling frequencies at or above the Nyquist frequency and must
fail
for sub-Nyquist sampling frequencies.
