Interactive Mobile Aqua Probing & Surveillance system is a self-propelled mobile robot travels on water. It collects PH, dissolved oxygen, or other chemical and biological data in water bodies. It can also observe the ecology with its both above and underwater cameras and broadcast the scenes to the world via Internet.
Non-Destructive Evaluation with robots
Thermosonic is used widely to obtain the location of a defect, but often without the accuracy and character needed. Laser-based thermal image can provide detailed information of a small area, but tends to be slow for a large sample. We propose to use robot to combine the two methods for a quick thermal-image based NDE and apply algorithm for a large complex-shaped sample.
Imaging and Analysis of Bone Fluid
Doctors always say “Exercise makes you healthy”. Is it true? Collaborating with Dr. Wang from UDel, we are trying to identify the nutrition and chemical transportation inside the bones, which may prove that exercise do make your bone stronger.
