- Tutoring for this course should be available at the tutoring center, located in Savitz. If you think you could use tutoring help, please go to Savitz sooner rather than later and sign up. If you wait until later, a tutor may not be available.

- The Logic Coach and Learning Logic software that comes with your text book can help you a lot. Use it regularly to check your work. Do this especially when we get into chapters 2, 3 and 4. In these chapters, it is usually not a matter of opinion whether an answer is correct, and therefore a computer program can do an excellent job of checking yoour work for you.

- There is an on-line testing package associated with your textbook. From time to time I may post tests and other exercises for you to do, usually in preparation for a chapter test or to help you with some area of difficulty. I'll say more about this in class.

- My office hours are Monday and Wednesday, 3:00 - 4:30 pm. I'm also available at other times. The Philosophy and Religion department offices are in Bunce 315. Please don't hesitate to ask for help! But please do make an appointment to be sure of seeing me.
