The Rowan University’s Campbell Library’s Historical Collection of Leo C. Beebe Papers. These photos, documents, motivational and educational speeches, lectures and philosophies chronicle his life in business, public service and academics. Following his death in 2001, Leo’s family donated these papers to the Rowan University Campbell Library where they are stored and archived in the Stewart Room. At that time, funds were raised from Rowan alumni, staff and faculty and from business associates and friends which allowed the library to itemize and catalogue each item in the collection. The descriptions of each item are now available in a book published by the Rowan Rohrer College of Business. Additional funds were raised in 2011 to provide for the digitizing, preservation and maintenance of the collection. In donating his papers to Rowan University, his family has allowed future generations of students and researchers the opportunity to be inspired by Leo’s extraordinary leadership skills. Additional donations may be made to assure the continued availability of this Historic Collection.
