West Chester University's School of Education maintains a variety or resources and services which support the use of technology within the teacher preparation program. Our goal is to help faculty and students use technology to achieve instructional goals.

Effective technology use in the teacher education program is:

• Aligned with the ISTE standards
• Used to create meaningful, enhanced leaning experiences
• Modeled by faculty serving as role mode

Preservice teachers gain an full understanding of the role of  technology in addressing learning needs both within courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels and in field experiences.
